RETURN POLICIES

If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help! We offer free returns for damaged (not for damages caused by the buyer) or defective items within 30 days of receiving the order. You can return the product in exchange for a shopping voucher, a different product or a direct refund with the original payment method.

In the event of an exchange, the return will be charged to the customer, unless the product was defective. In case of defective product, the return is always free!

We ask you to take note of the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Our items are sold already aged on purpose. So scratches, stains or other signs of aging are not considered defects, and therefore will not be considered for refunds.
• Returned items must be carefully packed.
• Returned items must not show visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return or exchange, complete the following steps:

1. Log in to your account using your email address and passwordLog in to your profile and click on "Order history and details", then select the order you wish to return.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page, under "Add a message" write your return request, possibly selecting the product from the list.
3. We will contact you within 24 hours with the return instructions.

If you do not have an account:

1. Write to our email info@warmilitaria.it your return request, with the codes of the ordered products and the preferred payment and return methods.
2. We will contact you within 24 hours with the return instructions!

Further information:

• The shopping voucher will be paid within 24 hours of receiving the package. If you have chosen to receive a new product, it too will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving your return. If you have chosen a refund, it will be paid within 6 hours of receiving the return, but it may take up to 7 days for you to see the credit, if you have paid by credit card or bank transfer.
• In case of exchange of a non-defective product, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer (8,99 € Italy - 13,99 € Europe - 29,00 € Europe Extra EU - 39,00 € North America - 49,00 € Rest of the World).
• War Militaria will not be responsible for returns lost on the way or never delivered to our company.
