Although our site lists products with symbols considered controversial, this is only done for historical purposes and should not be considered as an attempt to glorify the tragic events of World War II
(or any other conflict). War Militaria does not support in any way those who justify or support individuals, groups and/or organizations that are intolerant, racist or violent.

1) How do I know when my order will be shipped?

You will receive an email as soon as your parcel is entrusted to the courier. Normally, orders are shipped on the day of payment, but it may takes up to 8 days for orders containing products which must be assembled on the moment (Gorgets, Poletops, Cloth Insignias, Battle Shields, etc.). We strive for each order to be shipped as soon as possible.

2) How long does shipping take?

Shipment timings change depending on the country of destination.

  • ITALY: 1 Day
  • EUROPE: 2-3 Days
  • AMERICA: 10-15 Days
  • ASIA: 10-15 Days

3) How much does the shipment cost?

4) What material is my article made of?

You will find the material used in the product description on its page. Below is a brief list of examples:

5) What should I do if I forget my access data?

Just go to the login page and click on "Retrieve Access Data". The system will ask you to enter the e-mail address used during the registration in a special space. You will be promptly sent an email with the data to restore access.

6) I can not submit an order. How do I order?

If you want to make an order but encounter difficulties, you can still order what you want. Send us a request to our e-mail address with the details of the items you want to buy (code, article, quantity, preferred payment form, name and surname, delivery address, phone number). We will enter your order and give you an e-mail confirm.

7) What are the payment methods accepted?

8) What happens if an item purchased on the site is damaged?

Our company guarantees the quality and integrity of the items sent. If you receive a damaged* or defective* item, we will either replace it or refund you the total amount. It will be enough to return the goods and send us an email by providing:

1) Item code to be replaced
2) The order number issued at the time of purchase
3) The reason for the replacement
4) Your phone number

Expenses related to the new shipment of the replacement product are entirely to our company.

*Our products are sold already aged on purpose. So scratches, signs of use, stains or other signs of aging are NOT considered defects, and therefore will not be kept in consideration for refunds.

9) I am a seller, how can I contact you to establish a collaboration agreement?
