Delivery times are indicative unless expressly agreed otherwise. Delays due to couriers, customs, holidays, exceptional events, force majeure or incorrect information provided by the Customer are not attributable to the Seller, within the limits permitted by law.
The Customer must provide a complete and correct address. Costs resulting from incorrect addresses, storage, failure to collect, redelivery or return to sender may be charged to the Customer, unless attributable to the Seller.

In case of a damaged, opened, wet, tampered or visibly compromised parcel, the Customer is invited, where possible, to accept with specific reservation or refuse delivery and promptly inform the Seller.
The Customer is invited to document any damage with photographs of the external packaging, internal packaging and product.
This provision does not limit the Consumer’s rights regarding legal guarantee and non-conforming products.
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, the Customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, administrative costs or other amounts requested by the competent authorities of the destination country.
These costs are not included in the product price or shipping costs, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The Customer is also responsible for checking any restrictions, prohibitions, customs requirements or local regulations applicable to the import of the purchased products.
The Seller shall not be liable for delays, customs holds, seizures, additional costs, failed delivery or return to sender resulting from regulations, procedures or decisions of the authorities of the destination country, unless liability is attributable to the Seller.
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract in the cases and within the time limits provided by Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code.
War Militaria grants Consumer Customers a more favourable commercial period, allowing return requests within 30 days from receipt of the order, subject to the exceptions and conditions set out in the Returns Policy.
A Customer who wishes to withdraw or request a return must follow the instructions provided in the Returns Policypage, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
In case of withdrawal by the Consumer, the refund will be made according to the methods and time limits provided by applicable law and the Returns Policy.
The direct cost of returning conforming products shall be borne by the Customer, unless otherwise expressly stated or agreed.
The Customer is responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

The mandatory rights granted to the Consumer by the law of their country of habitual residence, where applicable, remain unaffected.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be null, invalid or ineffective, such nullity, invalidity or ineffectiveness shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain fully valid and effective to the extent permitted by law.
